I couldn't enter the room Positive: Booking forgot to give me the entry code and, when I called the host, he refused to give it to me although I had already done a final payment to Booking. I then had to look for another hotel in the middle of a very hot summer day, while my wife was waiting in the car under the sun. At the age of 82, being a world traveler, I would have appreciated much more collaboration and care from the host. Non son potuto entrare nella struttura perchè Booking non mi ha dato il codice per aprire la porta ma sopratutto l'host, dopo averlo contattato e avergli spiegato che avevo bisogno del codice (avendo io già pagato in modo non cancellabile a Booking), non me lo ha dato, obbligandomi a cercare e pagare un altro albergo nel mezzo di una giornata estiva caldissima mentre mia moglie aspettava al caldo in macchina. All'età di 82 anni sono un viaggiatore del mondo e avrei apprezzato più collaborazione e presa in carico da parte dell'host. Caótica pero genial Positive: Todo muy limpio, he de decir que el ambientador olía genial, y por supuesto la atención de Julián las 24 horas del dia, maravillosa. Negative: Es injusto ponerlo aquí, porque no está relacionado con el alojamiento, pero si vais a Gibraltar aseguraros de tener donde aparcar, es una ciudad donde si no eres residente es imposible aparcar gratis.
