Negative: It was hard to open patio door and getting to the wardrobe was very hard with no room to pass the bed as tv on the wall..only a foot gap

Watching the planes land outside your window is amazing
The only slight dislike was that theres any sun that hits the terrace but im sure in the summer months this will be a bonus
